Return Policy

All sales of alcoholic beverages are final by law.

Non-Alcohol Merchandise returns are available for 15 days after receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Email info@shantiwines.com to request an exchange or a return. Once your exchange or return is approved, received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card, minus 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges. If an item is being exchanged or replaced, additional shipping charges will be applied.
